Local BH has rapidly grown to become one of the leading digital media publishers in Bahrain and is now looking to onboard immediately a Business development executive with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably within the media and advertising space.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate an excellent command of English, preferably Arabic as well, and have a strong network of contacts within the Bahrain business community, in addition to possessing a good sense of the publication’s audience and knowledge of the local scene.
The candidate is expected to possess strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage a growing team of sales personnel.

Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business relationships – through cold calls and meetings.
• Maintain existing business.
• Achieve personal sales and team sales targets consistently.
• Deliver daily sales reports to management.

Qualifications –
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of sales or business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
