We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our organization. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial and accounting operations of the company.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports
• Generate and maintain a variety of financial reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Develop and recommend effective accounting procedures
• Streamline processes related to accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor compliance with applicable financial regulations
• Generate budget projections and forecasts
• Prepare tax returns, as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles
• Proficiency with accounting software applications
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
